The skills in program will be accompanied by some other exercises and sometimes extra skills chosen by the coach for the day. But the main work will be focused on what you will find in the section below.

Kip up, Headspring, Flyspring, Front Handspring
Aerial, Webster, Arabian
Side Flip, Handstand drills, Round off Back Handspring.
Webster, Front Handspring, Front Tuck.
- Tuesday: both the level 2s will have the same program.
- Thursday: both the level 2s will have the same program.
- Friday level 2 program will be the same as the previous Monday level 2.
- Saturday: both the level 2s will have the same program.
