Tumbling and Tricking Programme

Tumbling

The skills in programme will be accompanied by some other exercises and sometimes extra skills chosen by the coach for the day. 

However, the main work will be focused on what you will find in the section below:

Tricking

Every class will cover basic kicks such as Hook kick, Round Kick and Tornado Kick, as these are not only the foundations for many Tricking movements, but also a great way to connect floor movements and create fluidity in your combos. 

Tumbling
