Are you looking to deeper in your split, but feel like you’ve hit a plateau in your stretching routine? Our Fusion splits programme is designed to help you push past your limits and unlock your full flexibility potential, combining Front and Side split training with the help of a partner and the principles of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).

Over the course of 6 weeks, you will learn and practice various PNF partner stretches, designed to target the muscles and joints involved in the splits. PNF stretching is a highly effective technique that combines passive stretching with active muscle contractions and relaxation, resulting in increased flexibility and range of motion.

Throughout the course, you will work with the other participants, learning from our instructors how to increase the effectiveness of the stretches by providing support and resistance where needed, and ensuring that you are engaging in the stretches correctly and safely.

Our experienced instructors will lead you through each session, starting with a warm-up and moving on to a series of PNF partner stretches, customized to your individual needs and goals. As the course progresses, you will see noticeable improvements in your flexibility and range of motion, allowing you to achieve deeper and more comfortable splits.

The course is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and can be customized to meet your individual needs and goals.

  2. Once book, if you change your mind, you can cancel up to 48hrs before the first date of the course
  3. If you skip a training, we are able to move your lesson to another course or similar class, limited to 1 time only..
  4. We are unable to refund any remaining sessions, should you not be able to attend anymore

BOOK INDIVIDUAL CLASSES – flexible option (bookings open only if remaning spots are available 1 week before the course).

  1. If walk-in slots are available, you will be able to book them, via our Classes section on our calendar, using a class credit.
  2. Once booked, if you change your mind, you can cancel up to 12hrs before the first date of the course
  3. You can join each of the 6 sessions whenever you want, with no committment at coming every week.
