This 2 hour workshop will focus on the step by step progression to learn how to backflip, offering you the perfect sequnces of exercises to improve your strength, power, jump and technique to safely learn a backflip off trampette, airtrack and floor, as well as working on the dynamic flexibility your backflip needs.
