George Mckenzie is a sesoned fitness coach with over 12 years of experience, dedicated to maximizing athletic ability and longevity. As the UK’s only ATG L3 certified coach, George brings a unique edge to his training, having worked with everyone from professional athlethes to retired grandparents. A sports enthusiasts for nearly four decades, he’s now leading a workshop on building a resilient, athletic body ready for all of life’s challenges.

THE WORKSHOP

We are going in depth to enhance your athletic abilities offering a hand on experience on all of the most innovative techniques to build long lasting results. 

During the workshop you will have the chance to experience and perform each exercise whilst being individually guided by George, gaining an understanding on how to adapt each progression to your own personal ability level and build your routine trailored to your needs.
