ACROYOGA REGULAR CLASS

LEVEL: BEGINNER

Ready to try something new, playful and a little bit upside down?

Our regular AcroYoga class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility and confidence in a fun, social and supportive environment. Absolute beginners are very welcome, and no partner is needed.

The class focuses on strong foundations, helping you develop the essential skills needed for safe and enjoyable AcroYoga practice. Along the way, you’ll learn key terminology, partner communication, foundational poses, balances, inversions and smooth transitions.

Each session includes 60 minutes of guided coaching, with energising warm-ups, partner poses and step-by-step progressions. To celebrate the launch of this new regular class, you’ll also be able to stay for an extra 30 minutes of practice time after the taught session.

Expect plenty of laughs, a few wobbles and lots of progress.

Come solo, bring a friend or join with a partner. Everyone is welcome.

WHY REGULAR PRACTICE WORKS

Our AcroYoga class runs as a regular weekly class, but the skills and themes rotate every 6 weeks.

This gives you enough time to build confidence with each pose, transition and “washing machine”, while still keeping the class fresh, playful and progressive.

Because the skills come back regularly, you never have to worry about “missing the course”. You can join at any time, keep practising consistently and revisit the key foundations as your confidence grows.

What’s Next? The Improvers’ Class

Once you’ve completed the beginner course, you can move on to our AcroYoga Improvers’ Class. Here, you’ll build on what you’ve learned with more dynamic flows, new poses and more challenging “washing machines”.

It’s the perfect next step towards Intermediate Level classes, helping you continue your journey in a structured, supportive and inspiring environment.
