You can park your bike in the rack located near the gated entrance of the building.
If you are driving to the gym, you can park your car in TESCO located next door, for a maximum of 3 hours for free.
How to reach us
- 3 minutes from Bromley By Bow station (District and Hammersmith and City Line).
- 10 minutes from Devons Road Station (DLR).
As you leave Bromley by Bow station, turn left and stay on the main road, until you reach the under pass. Follow the under pass and the gym will in front of the bus stop. Please use the pedestrian gate to enter and walk down the side road on the left of the building.
