No, the open gym is meant to be a space for you to train independently. You will be assigned an area for your training and you will be fully responsible for your own training
For Solo training or small groups of 2/3 people, we will give you a long floor lane. You can use sprung floor, airtracks and any ce of equipment you may need.
Not necessarely. We will assign you a training space which will be yours, however there may be other people in the room at the same time.

The Open Gym is a flexible service, meaning you can book it whenever the gym is available, without being limited to the set times of our Open Sessions.
