PROGRAMMES

The programme section offers guidance on the main skills taught on a specific day, depending on the class of your choice. The difficulty of the exercises will be always adapted to the general level of the class and in some cases, not all the skills may be covered during the lesson.

The skills in programme will be accompanied by some other exercises and sometimes extra skills chosen by the coach for the day. 

Level 1 Tumbling

This class will cover the gymnastic foundations elements and no prerequisites are required. 
You will learn forward and backward roll, straight and tuck jumps, cartwheel, kick to handstand, mini tramp work and preparation for your first flip.

Level 1.5 Tumbling

This class will aways cover gymnastic elements such us Round off, Flyspring and Front Flip. 
Prerequisites: Tumbling level 1 elements.

SEPTEMBER PROGRAMME

New targets: Front Handspring and Front Tuck will be performed on floor, or from floor to mats

New targets: Front tuck, front handspring, round off – Back Handspring/Backflip on floor or from floor to mats.

B

  • Back Handspring step out
  • Round Off Back Handspring

C

  • Front tuck to front tuck
  • Front Half twist
  • Side Flip
  • Snap down Arabian
  • Round off/ cartwheel Arabian
  • 1 Backward element

D

  • Front Handspring, Aerial, Webster
  • Front Half Twist and Side Flip
  • Back Handspring and Back tuck
  • Round off link

Level 3 Programme

  • Standing back tuck and variations
  • Standing back handspring
  • Snap down back layout, flashkick, whip
  • Back half twist, back full twist
  • Front step out + round off link

B

  • Front Full
  • High front tuck to front tuck (double front prep)
  • Round off Arabian/Full twist
  • Round Off Back Handspring to back handspring/backtuck/ variations
  • Front handspring step out round off + link

C

  • Front flip connections
  • Aerial, Front Aerial/handspring link
  • Whip progression & Connections
  • Round off Back tuck/Back Handspring to Back tuck/Backhandspring

New targets: Front tuck, front handspring, round off – Back Handspring/Backflip on floor or from floor to mats.

Tricking level 1

The warm up will cover basic kicks including hook kick, round kick, Compasso, Back and Front Sweep
