ACRO DANCE
In this dynamic Acro Dance class, students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning how to blend acrobatic skills seamlessly into dance choreography.
Each session focuses on three key acro skills, with step by step progressions designed to build strong technique and safe execution. Students will work on drills, conditioning, and mobility exercises before applying the skills creatively within choreography, combining the power of acrobatics with the fluidity and expression of dance.
Classes may include skills such as balances, rolls, limbering movements, transitions, and dynamic acro elements, all taught in a supportive and progressive environment suitable for developing performers and dancers.
Whether your goal is to improve technique, gain confidence upside down, or add impressive tricks into your dance training, this class is designed to help you progress safely while having fun.
