We recommend taking a class with skills you are comfortable with so you can get familiar with the gym, the teaching and the equipment used. You can then move up in level as you like. - Try Tricking to learn new and innovative acrobatic skills, including flying kicks, gainer, cork, Btwist and much more
I AM A DANCER/PERFORMER
- Check out our Soft Acrobatics Class to learn the most requested skills for auditions/performance.
- Check out our Backbend and walkover class to improve flexibility and strength and build new fluid skills.
- Top it up with one of our Tricking classes and one of our Tumbling classes.
I WANT TO BUILD STRENGTH
- Check out our Calisthenics Classes. The foundation class is great to build pull ups, chin ups, L-sit, Skin the cat, Handstands, and Levers
- If you want the extra challenge, choose the Calisthenics Muscle up class to build this incredible skill on rings and bars.
- Do you love rings? We now have a Calisthenics Rings Class.
- Mix balance and strength with our Handstand class and Press to Handstand class.
I WANT TO LEARN HANDSTANDS
- Join our Handstand class if you wish to learn how to balance, walk on your hands and learn some fun shapes
- Join our Press to Handstand class for the extra challenge
- Handstand intermediate, if you can balance for a few seconds and want to take your handstand to the next level.
I WANT TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE
- Flexibility class: for general flexibility and improved well being
- Split Fusion: for 1 hour focused on box split and front split
- Front split and hip mobility: specific class to focus on your front split with a variety of exercises involving strength, pnf, partner stretch and active stretch exercises
- Pancake and Box split: specific class to focus to achieve a straddle fold from a seated position (pancake) and box split
- Backbend and walkover: once you can push up to bridge, it is time to build your backbend and walkover. This class will teach you to go into bridge from standing and from a handstand and how to back and front walkover
