What is Tricking?
Tricking is a freestyle discipline that involves a combination of flips and twists from gymnastics, as well as moves and kicks from capoeira, taekwondo and wushu. It aims to achieve an aesthetic display of different combinations of “tricks”.
Similarly to gymnastics, in Tricking the aim is to create flowless combinations using kicks and flips.
Tricking is fun and a fantastic way to explore creative movements and combination. It is really adaptable if you work in the filming industry or if you are a dancer/performer and you wish to add new skills to your performance. Watch the video to learn more.
