✨ Skill Progression Focus: Grouped by skill level for challenge and support
Ideal for those already attending our classes to boost their skills and confidence, and for those new to gymnastics who are looking to join our regular classes.

3 DAY CAMP ADVANCED WORKSHOP
(AGE 5 - 10)

Our three day Advanced Gymnastics Camp is designed for gymnasts who already have a strong foundation and are ready to take their skills to the next level.
This camp will focus on building confidence, power, and control through more advanced tumbling skills and connections, including round off back handspring, round off back tuck, twisting, aerials, flips, and advanced combinations of elements.
Gymnasts will work on improving technique, linking skills together, and developing cleaner, more powerful movement patterns in a safe and supportive coaching environment.
This camp is ideal for gymnasts who are ready to progress beyond single skills and start developing more dynamic combinations.
Prerequisites: Front walkover, back walkover and round off
